Neo hachi, Neo MR2!?
from best car, here in japan, these are just renderings but big news is that toyota is developing a mid engine hybrid(ugh) sports car... this is supposedly going to go up against the new honda crz (new crx) lets hope this is the beginning of a new era for toyota... they are headed in the right direction.

mazda is getting back to its roots, lightening the mx down to about 1000kg power plant will either be a 1.3 or 1.5 making about 120-130ps. mazda is trying to go eco and give it good fuel economy as well.
should be interesting, expected late 2011

bathroom reading
so last week i went to my friends place in tochigi to watch rice grow.... thats about all there is to do around there, that, and f☆☆☆... we saw some middle school?/high school? girls buying fruit flavored condoms at the 100yen shop.
anyways here is a pic of fuji i took from the bus
after we got there we headed to my friends place which is pretty big and dirt cheap... every room in the house was huge except for the bathroom... and here it is
and here is my friend standing in it. if you wanna take a crap you have to kinda hover/stand over the bowl. it seems like the builders built the place then realized `oh sh!t we didnt put in a toilet... eh lets just stick it in that closet`
now for more relavent stuff... i present.. the NEW ROAD & STER! ... well not quite, it is basically a roadster tribute done by Neko Mook... like most tribute mags they go into the history and all that BS but this one has a pretty good section devoted to tuners like RS stage, tuckin, GHO etc.
they also feature the 20th anniversary meet in Hiroshima

10/25 food break
todays new items are
Azuki (japanese red bean) pepsi and cola mentos
every year pepsi japan releases seasonal flavors. for example this summer they release shiso (plum) pepsi, a few years ago during winter they release cinnamon pepsi and (kyuri) cucumber pepsi
this fall they release azuki pepsi. azuki are the traditional red beans used in a lot of japanese sweets. so i guess pepsi figured what the hell, decided making their own version.
taste. at first you dont really taste the azuki, then as you swallow it you begin to taste it. it leaves a really strong red bean flavor in your mouth.
opinion. not a fan, the aftertaste is harsh, by far the worst tasting seasonal flavor. the cucumber tasted like crystal pepsi which was effing awsome, the cinnamon was good, shiso was so-so, made an awesome mixer with alcohol. maybe i can mix this with some awamori i have.

cola mentos, idk if they have these in the states but i was already a big mentos fan (the strawberry one) but this things are freakin gold. its like crack, once you eat one you cant stop till the tube is finished, then you wanna go get more.
